I have started a fresh PvP Server. It is a 24/7 Server besides going down for updates or other Technical Difficulties(We all know how Microsoft and ISP's can be sometimes). I am looking to get a large population on the server and enjoy the game. I am the only admin but am active frequently. Our Tribe is fairly large and like to play the game.

Server Rules
No Offline Raiding, If someone attacks you or attempts to raid you and then logs off when you get to there door carry out your raid. However, if you get raided and 12 hours later strike back on an offline tribe, that is considered offline raiding. If you log off with your door open, I would plan on things going missing. That is not a raid, that is a giveaway.
No Killing Passive Dinos Stored in Passive Pens. See details below, this is still a pvp server!
No Griefing/Trolling – Raiding is allowed but only destroy what you need to get in. See details below, this is still a pvp server!
Passive Pens – In order to prevent players from exploiting the rules, we have very strict requirements for passive dino pens. If you choose to store your passive dinos in a pen that does not meet these requirements, it will be up to you and the community to punish anyone who may kill them.
NOTICE – If you are raiding someone and dinos from their passive pen attack you because they were not on passive, TAKE SCREENSHOTS! This will be your only way of proving the dinos were not on passive. If dinos are in a passive pen, they are assumed to be on passive and you will need to prove your innocence! –THIS MEANS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF AGGRESSIVE DINOS IF YOU KILL DINOS IN A PASSIVE PEN! You cannot simply say “They were on neutral†and expect us to believe you.
Requirements: Completely enclosed(including a ceiling) with open windows so players can see if there are any loot crates in the pen, and a sign listing PASSIVE PEN. Separated far enough away from any other structures or defenses so that giga or rocket splash range will not hit the pen. Access for tranquilizing via open entrance or unlocked door. No dinos with hostile/enclosed platforms can be stored in a passive pen.
FAQ:
Question – Why does my passive pen need a ceiling?
Answer – To prevent players from dropping wild dinos into your pen.
Question – What about water dinos?
Answer – Since it is much harder to build an enclosed building underwater, a water pen does not require a ceiling. This does mean you risk players dropping wild dinos into your water pen. Since logs do not track this type of activity we will not be able to take action, however, if they kill your passive water dinos and it is shown in your log, we will take action.
Question – Can I place defenses such as Plant X turrets on my pen to protect it from wild dinos?
Answer – No. You should place your defenses around your pen far enough away so giga or rockets splash damage will not reach the pen.
Question – Why do I have to provide access for tranquilizing?
Answer – To discourage storing valuables on passive dinos. Your pen needs to have an access point(open entrance or unlocked door) so that other players can get in and tranquilize your passive dinos to check them for loot. This does not mean you cannot put defenses around your pen, just make sure they are far away enough so splash damage to them will not hit the pen.
Question – What is a hostile/enclosed platform?
Answer – A platform is considered hostile if it has any type of auto/plant/mounted turret on it, regardless if it is active or not. It is considered enclosed if it has structures surrounding the dino to reduce damage taken or if it has a enclosed building on the platform that could be storing loot.
If you follow these rules and anyone raids your dino pen and kills your dinos, please let us know so we can take action. Any screenshots of lost dinos/raids in action will greatly assist us!
Please Note: If you have passive dinos just sitting outside where wild dinos/insects/other players can reach them, we cannot help you. We suggest having a few guard dilos near them to protect them from other dinos/insects but this will not protect them from other players. The best way to keep them safe is in an enclosed pen or behind heavy defenses. If you have passive dinos in your base with loot in it where they could be hurt by splash damage, or near a wall where they could be hurt by splash damage, in the battle field, etc.. we cannot help you.
Griefing – Based on community feedback, we may consider any action that deliberately hurts the server’s population to be grieifing or trolling. If you are considered to be griefing/trolling by the community, you will lose your right to be protected under our rules. Excessive griefing/trolling will be determined and handled by the admins.
If you are raiding, only destroy what is necessary to obtain any desired loot. Do not destroy dino pens, level established bases, etc.. Use the minimum amount of rockets/dinos needed to break in.
FAQ:
Question – Someone built to close to me and I want them gone, can I level their base?
Answer – If the base is less than 48 hours old, yes. We consider a base to be established once it has been worked on for more than two days.
Question – I am a new player and keep getting caged/killed, isn’t this griefing?
Answer – These are both mechanics of the game which can be used excessively to ruin someones time on our server. If you feel like you are victim to griefing, speak up in global chat and our community will help if they agree you are a victim.
We want to start holding events once people start to trickle in. Gladiator Fights, Dino Fights, Maybe Dino Races, Raft Wars, etc. We will try and get some betting going as well as prizes for wins, including Gear, BP's, Dino's, Resources.
Keep in mind this is a PvP Server and I like to play the game as much as everyone else. We will avoid getting involved if possible.
