Server Rules-
*MEMBERS- ALL members of the server must be apart of the group. New members have 3 days to agree to our pinned post, send the code, register & answer our age poll. if you have tribemates they must join the group and do the same. if a player does not follow any of these rules they will be banned. NO RANDOMS!
* RESPECT- This is rule one on the server, group, ig chat, & voice chat. DON'T treat someone the way you woudn't want to be treated. This ALSO goes for our admin they must treat each other and other players equally there is no favortisim, this is not the favorite child compotition. if you don't like someone thats fine, just keep that hate or dislike some where else. respect also applies for player to the admins- DON'T rush, demand, curse out or at, or call (yes...call..) the admin. if admins are on the job, don't contact another admin to help. this all falls under respect. (Warning or X)
*WARNING- IF you receve a warning do not argure your way out. NO if, ands, or butts. It will not be tollerated. if you do not listen to our warning you may receve a strike or banned depened on the scale. A warning will be give to a player through ig chat, message on fb or xb, or voice.
* STRIKE- Since we are already one the subject, stikes can be determined by our rules. you can see there may be some X's next to some of our rules. Strikes can be collected in 3's, they are not pokemon so... you don't want them. 3 Strikes and you are out, this even counts for admins. admins may lose their admin status with 2 strikes or depeneding on the scale. an admin may send you your strike through chat, voice, xb or fb message.
* BANISHED/BAN- Once you are banned you are banned their is no coming back. We don't want a repeat of an issue. a Ban can be determined by 'XXX' on our rules. We don't do this to hurt a player or purely for any other reason besides whats in our rules. if you are being banned. Will personally speak to you message you to you letting you know.
*MEETINGS- We hold meetings on our server for rule braking. We will invite the victime and rule braker to a party with admins. take turns with talking we want to hear both sides not a bunch of singing hyaenodons. keep in mind of Respect. Also there maybe RP meeting held within each faction.
*COMMUNITY- A communty area is considered PVE. Other areas that are PVE include; Events, Shops, Meeting, Court house, jail, Taverns (unless there is a mutural brawl). If you are at an event there is no pvp act like; stealing, killing, eatting, knocking out player/dino. Once all parties have left the area you can procceed with Open World. Ex: if you are at an event called a Dino Battle. you and another player are head to head with rexes. you happen to kill that player. you don't kill the player! (if you happen to gather stuff give it back.)
*OPEN WORLD- Open world means PVP acts aloud, if you walk out of your base you are in open world. but if you have chosen a role please follow it. all acts of pvp must be roleplayed in world. (Ex: Koda the Theif see's a player in open world, he walks up to him and types/speeks "Drop your gear and loot or...i will kill you & take your all of your loot for myself.") PVE are aloud to pvp in open world only. but a PASSIVE tame can not be killed. if you have a passive dino please paint the saddle white but it must stay ON PASSIVE(if a dino does not have a saddle engram, paint the dino). but if you are on that dino you are in control of that dino and i can attackand is no longer considered passive since you are in control. (warning or X)
*PVP & PVE- pvp can NOT attack a pve base for any reason. Also pve can not attack a pvp base or PVPVE base. if you are caught you will be banned no warning what so ever. consider this the warning. a PVE spot like shop, events(not admin base raid), jails, ect... (look back at COMMUNITY) are not promited to be attacked into. (XXX)
*TRIBES & BASES- there is no reason the go inside of a base. do not just walk right in without an invite. pleas ask before you enter. (x)
* PVPVE- this is a bit new. you are consisdered a pvp, but you are passive/agressive tribe. Which means you wont attack unless attacked. but you can not still attack a pve and a pve can not attack you. please show by using a red and white flag. (x)
* PVP- When raiding/stealing a place only brake the door down and take what you want/need. DO NOT blow a whole in the wall. if you want a war with another pvp tribe please role play it, if there is a faction War, each leader must have a paper/note stating the about the war ex: Faction- Viking & Kight. Reason- drunk all the time(not a good reason). Leaders signature.
*ALLIANCE- if you would like to allie with a Tribe or Faction, please give a dino or item as sign of peace between the two(or more). faction with trade a dino or item with a note for the Alliance.
*ROLEPLAY- when you meet a player, you dont know them dont go by name tages. you are meeting them for the first time. if want to visit a tribe this can also be used as roleplay and to ((CODE: Slime rancher))know if a tribe welcomes you since there is no reasom for someone to be inside a base unwelcome . rp is in world chat, we encourage the roleplay. the chat box has is to be used for server related issues (OOC) ex: info, admin contact, adds, Sales, Events, or OOC. if you would like you can create a bio for you character.
*FACTION- factions are like roles or guild. We have a few to choice from! you are more then welcome to chose to live outside of your faction but please the leader(admins) must know. a note can be made between the leader to confirm this move stating your faction and where the move is. please have you colors from your faction on you and flags with the color (you can still have white flags or white and red to show pve or pvpve). the flag can also have a symbol to be painted on showing the faction. you dont have to have a ton of flags just so people know. this is all for roleplay so have fun.
*BUILDING- NO building in sides caves with the artifact. NO pillars, thatch huts not in use,& no taming spikes not in use. DO NOT Claim land. bridges must be small they can lag a server. (warning or X)
*DINOS- Brontosaurus and Diplos 4 per faction are allowed. We only allow so many brontos and/or diplos due to ping spike. If any other Dino is bugged or an issue it will be posted on the group. (warning or X)
*RECORDING- please if you catch a player or admin braking any rules record or screen shot. proof is very helpful for our server. thank you!!
* ADIMN RULES- Admin abuse will not be tolerated at any extent. All admins have a list of commands they use. To clarify things here is a list of commands we will only be using as admins: Givetome- used for structures to demolish and give back resources to people. Claim and/or give away dinos from inactive tribes, we also destroy them if nobody wants them. Destroymytarget- structure/map clearing. Enable/disable spectatormode- allows us to see where all bases are on map. Giveitemnum- generally we use this to spawn in structures or prizes for events, or to recomp people if we've caused them a loss Showmyadminmanager- to see who is on also to ban or kick a player if the brake rules. Never for our own gain. if an admin is caught braking a rule they have the chance to lose their admin status or be banned. (warning or X-XX-XXX)
*VOTING- voting is for comunity and/or admins. voting can range from a ban, rule change/add, stat change, ect.. most bans vote are on our admin page but if the ban involes the server/comunity it will be on the group. we love to hear from you guys help the comunity grow and be a great place to build. have fun and happy arking!!
