[US] Hooligans Open Server - Small Tribe Stats

Ragnarok PVP server with only two or three tribes active at the moment. Mostly the same stats as Small Tribe Official servers but slightly boosted. Ping super low and has never crashed. There are no rules so anything goes but the tribes currently on do not attack unless provoked. Community gathering place in process of being built. Dino unclaiming is on and trading is allowed. Not exact stats listed below but they are approximations.

JOINING INFO
Make sure server filter is on UnOfficial PC Sessions and Map is on Ragnarok. Then in the search bar at the top type "hoo" and it should come up as one of the first listed. Full server name is "[US] Hooligans Open Server - Small Tribe Stats"
